By placing nontraditional hires within startups and enterprise-sized companies, they dismantle the talent pipeline myth floating around corporate America.

Brooke & Mortar was introduced to Gwenn McGuire, Founder of the company and instantly felt the energy that radiated from her. It was ambitious, non-traditional in the scope of staffing, full of confidence, and even a side of sass. This brand needed to reflect that same energy, exude something different than whats been done before and be fully aware of the potential it has to shake up the workforce.
